CLEANROOM:

Q: CleanMark Cleanroom level?

A: CleanMark Labels cleanroom is an ISO level 10 certified and is particle and residue free. 

Q: What products does CleanMarks Cleanroom produce?

A: CleanMark Labels cleanroom labels are specifically designed for use in the semiconductor, media, biotechnology and pharmaceutical cleanrooms.

Q: What are common uses for cleanroom tape?

A: Some common uses for cleanroom tape includes floor marking, semiconductor, caution tape.

Q: What materials can be used in the cleanroom?

A: Although almost all cleanroom label material is polypropylene, polyester is also used in the cleanroom. Clean Tape can also be ordered in a variety of colors and adhesives. Cleanroom adhesives can be supplied in a number of peels, strengths from non-residue, ultra-removable to permanent, exceeding the demanding needs of your critical environments.

A: CleanMark has the capability to reach a variety of markets that include: Semiconductor, Storage media, doming, flexography, electronics, medical devices, laboratory and pharmaceuticals, consumer products, industrial.

DOMING:

Q: What effect does Doming create?

A: Doming is a way to enhance a product, it creates a 3D raised effect, it has a curved edge based off the surface tension that is formed from the applied chemical, normally the thickness of .5 mm - 2mm. 

Q: What chemical is applied to the product to make it take that effect?

A: Doming is the application of a clear polyurethane resin layer on a two dimensional surface that creates a three dimensional crystal clear lens to enhance the look and feel of your products. Polyurethane domes are very durable, and their self-repair properties enable the surface to recover almost instantly from indentations.

Q: What surfaces can the polyurethane applied to?

A: Polyurethane can be applied to a surface as long as the surface is flat and has the ability for the polyurethane properties to stick to it.                                 

Ex: Aluminum, plastic, polyester, polypropylene

Q: Is CleanMark ISO certified?

A: CleanMark is ISO certified, 9001 :2015. 

Q: Is CleanMark RoHs (Restriction of Hazardous Substance) 

A: CleanMark Labels is RoHS compliant. All inquiries are quoted with RoHS compliant materials.

Q: How will we know material and adhesive will work for what we need it to?

A: Our material and label experts have been tested time and time again. We can send samples according to specifications like material, adhesive, etc. to ensure we get it right. 

Q: We have certain specifications that we need to have met, does CleanMark work with certain specifications if needed?

A: Everything at CleanMark Labels is custom based depending on application, use, design and adhesives. We can work with all kinds of materials and specifications needed.  

Q: Are CleanMark labels blank or printed?

A: Labeling products are available blank or preprinted and can be ordered in a variety of standard sizes or customized to your requirements.

Q: What type of adhesives does use?

A: CleanMark has the ability to use a variety of adhesives that are either ultra removable, removable or permanent. The most common type of adhesive CleanMark uses is acrylic, we also use a uv cured adhesive 

Q: What type of bagging is used?

A: The bagging, again, is job specific. Products can be double bagged, shrink wrapped, UV blocking bags, cold flow not vacuum sealed. 

Q: What is the turn around time for receiving ordered products? Lead-time?

A: As we do not have an exact time frame for all orders we receive the lead time can vary depending on types of material being used in the job. A typical order we usually say about 6 working days.
